- No Insurance Coverage – Viana Camp does not carry any insurance for personal injury, property damage, or losses.
- Assumption of Risk – You voluntarily assume all risks, including bodily injury, death, property damage, or any other loss resulting from your participation in the camp.
- Full Responsibility – You are solely responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during your stay at Viana Camp. The camp and its operators are not liable under any circumstances.
- Release of Liability – You waive any claims against Viana Camp, its staff, or owners for any harm, accident, or loss suffered during your participation.

By completing this reservation, you agree that your payment is non‑refundable.
Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of booking confirmation. If you cancel within this period, you will receive a full refund. After 24 hours, no cancellations or refunds are permitted, regardless of how far in advance the reservation was made.
We reserve your campsite exclusively for your requested dates. Since we turn away other guests during that time, we cannot accommodate cancellations made weeks or days before arrival.
No‑shows and late cancellation requests will not be refunded.
