Park Rules
- Upon admission, users will register with their full name, number of accompanying persons, and a detailed list of their accompanying materials. All users will be identified in the system using their ID documents.
- Each user (adults and children over 4) receives an access card for park entry and exit, along with a stay note to be visibly placed outside their tent or caravan. Vehicle and caravan registrations are recorded in the system for automatic access between 07:00 and 00:00.
- All campers must use an access card. Non-compliance may result in restricted access. Lost cards must be reported to reception for a replacement.
- Users must pay for their stay in full or in part upon arrival, with payment always required in advance.
- Users can enter the park at any time, day or night, however, they cannot use any vehicles during the quiet period, between 00:00 and 07:00. During this period, strict silence must be observed.
Viana Camp Fire Safety Rules
- NO OPEN FIRES – Campfires, bonfires, or any open flames are strictly prohibited in the camp.
- NO PERSONAL GRILLS OR STOVES – Do not use portable grills, gas stoves, or any cooking devices outside designated areas.
- NO FIREWORKS OR SPARKLERS – These are dangerous and banned at all times.
- NO SMOKING NEAR TENTS OR DRY GRASS – If smoking is permitted, only do so in designated zones and dispose of butts safely.
- REPORT FIRE HAZARDS IMMEDIATELY – If you see unsafe behavior, alert camp staff right away.
